About the author

Megan is a boy mom during the day and a writer by night. She is a multi-passionate writer with tons of stories in her head.

Her love for writing and stories goes back to her childhood. When she was a little girl, she was often found outside playing make-believe. She was always going on daring adventures, slaying evil wizards, and of course, falling in love with the handsome hero. At a young age she dabbled in writing down her adventures in the many journals and notebooks she collected (a trait she has not grown out of).

When Megan is not writing, she can be found designing book covers for her unwritten novels, crafting, or running around the back yard with busy kids and a flock of chickens. Megan lives in Idaho with her wonderful family.

My only complaint was that this book wasn't nearly long enough! I fell in love with the characters and the beautiful, unique story, I wasn't ready to let them go. The way Finn protects Amelia is so swoony. I adored this sweet novella and can't wait for more from this author!

Such a wonderfully sweet and satisfying love story! It’s got a lot of heart AND heart-eyes! I love the progression of the characters and story. It reads like a romance but has all the added flair of a royal fantasy setting. It’s got politics, dangerous bandits, and magical creatures—it really packs a punch! But in a more cozy kind of fashion...
Seriously, this book had me grinning and laughing and tearing up at times! Truly a sweet sweet book and charming world to escape to. Excited to see more from this author!

The Seamstress and the Pea

What a wonderful clean fairytale retelling! This clever retelling of The Princess and the Pea had so many great messages woven into the fiber of the story that I felt very connected to it! I could identify with the seamstress as she learned and grew, and became a better person, and I loved watching the prince in his character growth too! Stories like this restore my faith in humanity. I received an ARC copy and this is my review.
